Wood Fired Stoneware Incised Petite Jug

This is top quality stoneware that is high fired. It is a petite handled jug incised with vertical lines and dashes. The wood firing really tells the story of this pot having deep rich color where the pot faced the fire. The handle also shows French European influences in its design and structure. Stands 5-1/2 inches tall and 2-7/16 inches across the base. It is marked on the bottom with a "J." Please click on both pictures to see a larger version of each.
