We love pottery as much as you! We take extreme care to make sure that your pottery is packaged as to arrive safely at it's destination. We use UPS for your shipments because it is reliable, offers excellent tracking capabilities and built in insurance. If you would like us to use another carrier other than UPS, please do NOT hesitate to ask. We will make arrangements to accomodate your needs.
If you are outside the lower 48 US State, please get a shipping rate quote from us before you buy. Shipmets internationally and to Alaska & Hawaii, need to be quoted before you purchase. Please contact us.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Our goal is for you the customer to be satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 72 hours from when you receive your purchase to contact us. If you get voicemail, leave a message with date and time. We base the 72 hours from when UPS.com confirms delivery. This should give you plenty of time to decide if the piece is for you. We charge a 15% restocking fee. You the customer is expected to pay for the shipping back to Moreau Pottery exchange. The customer is also expected to use the same care Moreau Pottery Exchange used in packaging. Once the return is received in good condition with NO DAMAGE you will be contacted to let you know that the refund has been issued.
If you feel Moreau Pottery Exchange misrepresented the piece, we can work it out. Just contact us.
If the piece was damaged, we will expect to see pictures to confirm the damage. We will work out the situation from there.
