Cole Pottery Sanford, NC art pottery mini vase. It has a great glaze that is gray with a lavender tinge. The vase has black and white mixed into the glaze. It is stamped on the bottom "A.R. Cole Pottery Sanford, N.C." Please click on the either picture for a larger version of the vase and stamping on the bottom. It is made of red clay and has a rough feel around the bottom edge where the glaze ends. This would make a wonderful gift. It stands 3-5/8 inches tall and 2-3/4 inches across the opening.
