This is a very nice red earthenware A.R. Cole Sanford, NC brown glaze pottery crock. Measures 2 inches tall and 4-1/2 inches across the top excluding the handle. Grinding marks on the bottom where the artist ground the piece to sit flat. This would make an excellent addition to your A.R. Cole pottery collection.
